No I don't think they are equivalent. For some people, yeah I'd be scared to be on the road if they were texting and driving. But the problem I have with this law is 1) how do you prove they were texting? DUI's you can test their blood alcohol level. Unless you have an honest person or you rummage through their phone, you can't prove the accident or wreckless driving was due to texting. 3) wreckless driving can also be

because someone is just a bad driver! Don't mean to be offensive but I've been around some horrible elderly drivers.
Yes, other things can be distracting; however, there have been studies proving that texting is just as bad if not worse than drunk driving. I don't know if studies have been conducted regarding reading the newspaper, having a dog on your lap, radios, etc and if they have been conducted, I don't know if they've proven that it's just as bad.
Well, actually, they can. A lady that used to work part time for me (at 85 years old) was driving her car through a residential neighborhood. A car blew through a stop sign and broadsided her. The lady died a short time later. Police ticketed her for the failure to stop and the district court subpoenaed her cell phone records. They proved that at the time of the accident, she was sending and receiving text messages on her cell phone. The county court then tacked on additional charges such as vehicular homicide.
I also think texting is more Tiffany UK Outlet prevalent then the other scenarios that have been already listed. Yes, they happen but I've seen way more texting/cell phone use than any others.
On May 18th, 2006 the Surety Association of America (abbreviated SAA) officially changed their name to The Surety and Fidelity Association of America, or the SFAA. This is significant despite the fact that the association has always been involved in both surety and fidelity bonds. This is assumption is exacerbated by the fact that agencies that offer surety bonds also offer fidelity bonds. Should this not occur, the surety will see the project to the end and compensate for any losses. One thing to be very clear of is that traditional underwriting of surety bonds is done with the intention of a 0 loss ratio. The purposes of surety bonds are to allow individual or companies to bid/work without having any of their assets frozen in the bank (irrevocable letter of credit). On the other hand the definition of a fidelity bonds is as follows: A fidelity bond is a form of protection that covers "the bonded" (policyholders) for any losses that they may incur as a result of fraudulent Tiffany Necklaces UK acts by specified individuals. It usually insures a business for losses caused by the dishonest or criminal acts of its employees. While bond may be in the name, this obligation is actually an insurance policy to protect an employer.
